the gravee train

your search, on a schedule. the train runs the same query you've been running manually — weekly or biweekly — diffs the results against the last run, and delivers what changed to your inbox. no account, no login, no dashboard. a standing order.

how it works

1

you configure a search — vertical, location, scoring lenses, enrichments, and how often you want it to run.

2

the engine runs your search on schedule and compares the results to your last delivery.

3

you get an email with the full list plus everything that changed — new businesses, score shifts, closures, updated contact info.

4

to change anything, use the settings link in any delivery email. to cancel, use the cancel link. both are in every email.

what the train adds

everything below is on top of the standard scored leads you already get with a one-time purchase.

territory monitoring

new business opened? score shift? website went down? reviews tanked? you'll know before your next delivery. the value is in the change, not the list.

historical scoring

see where a business was last month versus today. "scored 58, up from 34 — they're investing but haven't caught up yet." time your outreach to the upswing.

exclusivity windows

your scored results, exclusive to you for 72 business hours. M–F, no weekends, no federal holidays counting against you. nobody else sees those specific leads until the window closes. optional — flat multiplier priced before you commit.

custom scoring lenses

adjust the scoring weights to match how you sell. reputation management? weight review velocity higher. web design? weight site speed. same data, your interpretation. sliders, not magic — deterministic scores from your coefficients.

deeper enrichments

premium data toggles not available on one-time purchases: owner identification, business age, tech stack detection, social media recency, domain age, employee signals. too slow for instant checkout, perfect for a weekly delivery.

CRM push + webhooks

leads delivered directly to your CRM, Zapier, Make, or any webhook URL. new leads land in your pipeline while you sleep. you pay to remove yourself from the loop.

lead freshness monitoring

every delivery re-verifies the businesses in your territory. phone number changed? website updated? business closed? flagged inline — not a separate error report. the delivery IS the monitoring.

pricing

base subscription
monthly, per saved search. includes territory monitoring, historical scoring, freshness monitoring, CRM push, and custom lenses.
cadence
weekly or biweekly. you choose at setup, change anytime via your settings link.
exclusivity window
optional toggle on any delivery. flat multiplier on that search — you see the price before committing.
premium enrichments
per-toggle, same as one-time purchases but with more toggles available. added to your monthly total.

the train typically costs less per search than buying the same pull individually each week. exact pricing depends on your configuration — you'll see the monthly total before subscribing.

questions

how do i cancel?+
cancel link in every delivery email. one click. instant. no contract, no penalty, no retention call, no "are you sure" screen.
when does my next search run?+
your cadence and next run date are in every delivery email. weekly subscribers run on the same day each week.
how do i change my search parameters?+
tokenized settings link in your most recent delivery email. opens a page pre-filled with your current configuration. no login.
what happens if i stop paying?+
deliveries stop. no penalty. we don't retain your historical data after cancellation — once you cancel, your scoring trajectories are gone.
can i still buy one-off searches?+
yes. the train and transactional are independent. subscribe to Denver plumbing weekly and still buy a one-off Nashville HVAC search whenever you want.
do i need an account?+
no. the train is identified by your email and Stripe card fingerprint. no login, no password, no profile. a standing order, not an account.
what's the exclusivity window?+
72 business hours. Monday through Friday, no federal holidays. weekends and holidays don't count against the clock. nobody else gets your specific scored results during that window.
can i get exclusivity on a one-time purchase too?+
yes. exclusivity is a toggle at checkout on any purchase — train or transactional. same flat multiplier either way.
how is this different from just buying weekly?+
three things you can't get from repeated one-time purchases: change detection (what's different since last time), historical scoring trends (direction, not just position), and the option for exclusivity windows. plus it costs less per search.
