how gravee works, what you get, and what we expect. written in plain English because the terms should be as transparent as the product.
at a glance
what gravee is
gravee is a search engine for business leads. you tell it what kind of business, where, and how many. it searches live public sources, scores what it finds, and gives you the list.
there is no database. there is no cache from last month. every search runs fresh at the moment you ask. the results didn't exist as a set until your search created them.
what you're buying
a one-time delivery of business leads matching your search. you see the full list — business name, category, rating, review count, opportunity score, and why each lead scored the way it did — before you pay. contact information (phone, website) is revealed after payment.
you are buying the results of a computation, not a subscription, seat, license, or recurring service. one search, one payment, one delivery. every lead list is generated fresh and unique to your search.
no account
gravee does not create accounts. there is no signup, no password, no profile, no login. you provide an email address for delivery and a payment method. that's it.
we identify repeat purchases by Stripe's card fingerprint and your email. this is used only for volume cap enforcement and refund eligibility — never for marketing, profiling, or resale.
refunds
we'd rather refund than argue. the receipt you receive after purchase includes a one-click refund link.
three refund reasons. two are automatic, one requires a look:
a refund cancels any undelivered balance. data already delivered is yours to keep — we can't un-send an email. first refund from any fingerprint is automatic. a second triggers review.
payment and delivery
payment is processed by Stripe. gravee never sees your full card number. delivery begins immediately after payment clears — enriched results are sent to the email you provide, typically within 60 seconds.
by clicking "get the gravee," you accept these terms and acknowledge that:
- you reviewed the full lead list (names, scores, reasons) before purchasing
- contact information is revealed only after payment, not before
- each search is a fresh computation — results vary by timing and availability
- delivered data reflects publicly available business information at the time of your search
volume caps
gravee enforces per-buyer volume caps in a rolling window. this exists because the product has no accounts — the volume cap is what prevents anyone from systematically extracting our engine's output to build a competing database.
if you hit a cap, you'll see a clear message. caps reset on a rolling basis. legitimate buyers rarely encounter them.
the data
gravee aggregates publicly available business information — names, phone numbers, websites, ratings, and reviews that businesses publish voluntarily on platforms like Google Business Profile. we don't scrape private information, personal data, or anything behind a login wall.
opportunity scores are our analysis. they reflect patterns in the public data (review counts, website quality, competitive density) — not insider information, not guarantees. a high score means we see an opportunity. what you do with it is your call.
what you can and can't do
you can: use the leads for outreach, analysis, research, territory planning, competitive intelligence, or any lawful business purpose. the data is yours after purchase.
you can't: resell raw gravee output as a competing lead product, use automated systems to systematically extract our engine's scoring methodology, or misrepresent gravee's data as your own proprietary research.
liability
gravee provides business intelligence based on publicly available data. we don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any individual data point. business information changes — a phone number that was correct at search time may not be correct tomorrow.
gravee is provided "as is." our total liability for any claim arising from your use is limited to the amount you paid for the specific search in question. we are not liable for any decisions you make based on the data, or any outcomes of your outreach to the businesses listed.
